Ikan Kukus sweetheart

Harie nie ak nk masak ikan kukus..
then daging rebus ckit n air asam!!!hihi
slurppppp

Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ikan siakap atau kerapu [bersihkan dan kelar]

Bahan Hiris
2 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
3 batang serai
5 tangkai cili api
sedikit garam [jika perlu]
1 s/b sos nampla [sos ikan]

hiasan
daun ketumbar/daun sup [potong kecil]
hirisan carrot
jus limau kasturi

Cara:
1. Sediakan bekas utk mengukus.
2. Bersihkan ikan dan letak kan ke atas manguk kaca [tahan panas].
3. Taburkan bahan yang telah d hiris ke atas ikan tadi.
4. Taburkan sos nampla dan sedikit garam [jika perlu].
5. Letakkan ikan yg telah disediakan tadi ke dalam pengukus.
6. Masak/biar kan ikan dalam pengkukus dengan api yg sederhana selama 30 minit.
7. Bila dah masak, taburkan bahan hiasan dan jusnlimau.
8. Hidangkan dengan nasi putih

Recipe - Cencaru Seksi ouh!!

Bahan
4 ekor ikan cencaru[dicuci dan dibelah dibelakang]
minyak

Bahan Sambal/Mesin2

batang serai [racikkan]
4 ulas bawang merah
6 tangkai cili merah
2 s/b kelapa parut
garam dan gula secukup rasa
1/2 cawan
daun kunyit [mayang halus]
3 biji limau kaasturi [belah 2 dan buangkan biji] 

Cara membuat
1. Mesinkan bahan sambal dan gaulkan dengan daun kunyit.
2. Sumbatkan sambal kedalam/belakang ikan cencaru.
3. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan ikan sehingga garing..
4. Terbalikkan ikan supaya garing dikedua2 belah ikan tu.
5. Bila dah masak hidangkan dalam pinggan.
6. Hiaskan dengan salad dan limau kasturi supaya semasa makan boleh diperahkan limau untuk menambah perisa sambal dalam ikan.
